Our ordering process is simple! Just reach out with the following items and we'll go from there: # of Cookies, Order Pickup Date and Theme
Minimum order is 2 dozen cookies.
I suggest ordering or inquiring at least a month and a half out. I tend to book up quick, especially around the holidays!
Once availability and pricing is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, we will continue to discuss design.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept character cookies at this time.

Pricing is unique to each customer and is based on theme, colors, and packaging.
All cookie orders require a $20 nonrefundable deposit that is paid on the order date and goes towards your order total. This deposit is required to hold your date. Orders that have not received a deposit will not be completed.
Payment is due in full on agreed upon order pickup day.
Current accepted payments are: Cash and Venmo.

Cookie orders are pickup only in Lake Highlands in Dallas. I do not deliver & I cannot ship due to Texas' Cottage Food Law.

Due to the nature of the product, we're unable to offer refunds for cookie orders as well as cookies that have already been made, including cookies purchased during porch pop-ups, flash sales and holiday pre-sales.
